Happydent, a functional gum brand known for promoting whiter and brighter teeth, launched the "Make Nepal Smile" campaign to uplift spirits during difficult times. The campaign aimed to engage Nepalese audiences by encouraging them to share videos showcasing their talents in dancing, singing, stand-up comedy, rap/hip-hop, acting, mimicry, or any skill that could bring smiles to people's faces. Integrated with popular celebrity Priyanka Karki for the launch announcement and judging, the contest invited participants to submit 15-second to 1-minute videos via Facebook or Instagram, follow the brand on social media, and share the contest post. Five winners, selected based on their ability to make Nepal smile, received Rs. 50,000 each. This initiative not only engaged the community but also strengthened Happydent's brand presence by fostering a sense of joy and connection.
